Trigger warning for training recording

Due to the nature of the content, we are aware that this session may be triggering for those of you who have previous experiences of sexual violence. If you find the subject matter difficult then please do take care of yourself and engage in the way that feels appropriate to you. The purpose of the session is to support you to be more confident in identifying inappropriate behaviour and to encourage you to tell us if/when you experience or witness something as this enables us to take action to protect you and your peers. The session will cover some brief definitions of types of sexual violence but will largely focus on sexual harassment in the workplace, the reasons why it happens and report and support mechanisms available to you in different contexts.
