Explain how the personal tutor system operates in your school or institute. Schools/Institutes are discouraged from publishing lists of named tutees in the handbook.
Include the role of the senior tutor and of other School/Institute support staff whom students may approach if their personal tutors are unavailable or unsuitable. It is advisable to publish details of how the School/Institute’s student support works.
Include an independent contact for complaints. This could be the Head of School or Institute or senior tutor.
