To increase your employability it’s important to be aware of the skills and experience that graduate employers are looking for. This includes not only technical skills but the higher level and softer skills required in contemporary businesses and organisations.
As you discuss this topic, think about skills you would be keen to further develop through your professional studies and further work experience.
