ESH6077 - After Postcolonialism - 2025/26

This module will explore the long, complex and ongoing forms of colonialism in postcolonial and settler colonial nation-states.  This module will address decolonisation as political history, method and process. We will study a range of literary and aesthetic forms that help writers and communities in reclaiming voice and history in contexts of continued colonialism, and histories of enslavement.
