Enjoy - this is a terrific introduction to some hugely important concepts that you will continue to use and perfect throughout your entire medical careers.
There are four clinical communication sessions that run during the Fundamentals of Medicine module:
- PATIENT CENTRED INTERVIEWING
- DIVERSITY AND CLINICAL COMMUNICATION
- HEARING IMPAIRMENT
- VISUAL IMPAIRMENT
These sessions are designed to help you identify the skills needed to establish effective communication in healthcare settings and to facilitate meaningful discussions on diversity issues related to communication.
FORMAT
The face to face sessions sessions will be delivered at the Robin Brook Centre.
