Hi everyone, we are two 3rd year students looking for 2 people to join our house in Poplar. 2 rooms are available: one rather small but can fit a single bed, desk and bookcase in, with built in storage, currently £96 pw; and the other very large double room, plenty of extra space, will be approximately £120 a week (price flexible and open for discussion :) ) Both rooms are unfurnished.
Bills are approximately £15 per month and the house itself boasts a large garden, bike storage, downstairs toilet, spacious kitchen/dining area and modern bathroom. Stunning views overlooking Canary Wharf with local amenities closeby (lidls approx 7 min walk, co-op 5 mins, Mile End station 20 min walk and 4 DLR stations within walking distance, Canary Wharf is approx 15 min walk away with access to the Jubilee Line). There are also excellent transport links to several placement areas (the 115 is a 15 min bus ride to newham, the 277 takes you within a 10 min walk to homerton and Whitechapel is a 35 minute walk or 5 minutes on the DLR)
