The Level 5 course is aimed at staff who have significant line-management experience and are looking to develop these skills and who may aspire to senior management roles. It is planned as follows:

Where the top 3 units are the core units and the bottom 3 are additional modules that participants must attend but which they can choose to be assessed on. CV stands for credit value and GLH for guided learning hours. The assessments would be in the form of written assignments. Participants would need a minimum of 13 credits to achieve the Certificate. We expect participants to complete the programme in between 12-18 months.
