The Level 3 course is aimed at staff who want to develop their management skills in the earlier stages of their management career and those who aspire to a management role. It is planned as follows:

Where the top 3 units are the core units and the bottom 4 are additional modules that participants must attend but where they have some choice about which they are assessed on. CV stands for credit value and GLH for guided learning hours. The assessments would normally be in the form of written assignments but some could be delivered using other methods. Participants would need 13 credits to achieve the Certificate. We expect participants to complete the programme in between 12-18 months.
