The Level 2 course is aimed at team leaders and supervisors who want to develop their skills and those who may aspire to this role. It is planned as follows:

Where the top 3 units are the core units and the last one is an additional module that participants must attend but which will not necessarily be assessed. CV stands for credit value and GLH for guided learning hours. The assessments would not necessarily be in the form of written assignments but could be delivered through structured answer questions, professional interviews etc. Participants would need 3 credits to achieve the Award. We expect participants to complete the programme in between 8-12 months.
