We have a room for £585pcm (approx. £137pw) on Ford Square in Whitechapel, just a 5 minute walk away from Perrin. The room will become available on October 18th and the contract is 12 months.
You would be living with two second-year females; one of us is studying medicine and the other dentistry.

The room offered currently has a double bed along with a large wardrobe and bedside drawer. However, upon request the landlord will swap the double bed for a single e.g. if you wanted to provide space for a desk. There is also a large cupboard just outside the bedroom for additional storage.
Bills are excluded but of course you will be exempt from paying council tax. An additional agency fee of £218 is also required (this includes admin, contract and guarantor fees) and you need a UK guarantor.
