Hi everyone,

We received reports about issues accessing Wi-Fi in the Graduate Centre Building, and unusually high temperatures in Arts Two lecture theatre. We have fed this back to the respective teams and have updates for you below.

For Arts Two temperature: the temperature of the lecture theatre has now been adjusted and checked by the estates team, who report that the temperature has since decreased to 19 degrees.

If you are struggling to connect to Wi-Fi on your laptop, please download the CAT Installer from this link. Once downloaded and installed, please enter your username (username@qmul.ac.uk) and QM password. After completing these steps, you should be able to connect to Eduroam on your laptop.

For Wi-Fi on your mobile, please select the ‘Eduroam’ network in your Wi-Fi settings. This will prompt you to enter your QMUL username and password. Please enter your username in the format abc123@qmul.ac.uk. Please note that this is NOT your email address.

Best wishes,
