You will be sharing with myself - my name is Kate, I am currently a fourth year graduate medical student at Barts. I have a lovely 9-month-old cat. She is female and very friendly once she gets to know you / has a few treats.

The landlords are really nice and responsive, they live abroad. Landlords are happy for one more cat but no dogs and there is no catflap sadly.

The flat is fully equipped and there is a bed and clothing rails in the available room already. Bed is landlords' and has to stay. Other furniture will need to be brought in if needed for the spare room. There is a large hallway cupboard. I already have set up all kitchen appliances and have a hoover, all that is missing is an ironing board. Lots of spare kitchen cupboard space still available. There is a front and back garden with space for bike storage at the front, a barbeque and some other bits at the back. 

LGBT+ / queer friendly.

I am looking for an easygoing flatmate, preferably female but I am open to anyone as it's more important that we get along. I am very clean and tidy and it would be important that we share similar standards on that front in the communal areas.

Parking permits available from Newham council.

I'm already exempt from council tax so that's a bonus.
