10 minute walk to Plaistow station and 15 minute to Stratford. Well places for all MBBS infirm placements - Newham, Royal London, Whipps Cross, Homerton etc. 2 minute walk from local West Ham Park with local shops in the vacinity.
You will be sharing with myself - my name is Kate, I am currently a fourth year MBBS student on the graduate programme. I am 29 and have a young lovely cat, Pipsqueak, she is female and very friendly once she gets to know you.
The flat is fully equipped and there is a bed and clothing rails in the spare room already. Other furniture will need to be brought in if needed. There is a large hallway cupboard. I already have set up all kitchen appliances and have a hoover, all that is missing is an ironing board.
There is a garden with space for bike storage, a barbeque and some other bits.
Otherwise the landlords are really nice and responsive.
I am looking for an easygoing flatmate, preferably female but I am open to anyone as it's more important that we get along. I am very clean and tidy and it would be important that we share similar standards on that front in the communal areas.
