An event called ‘Up the Anti: Reclaim the Future’ will take place at Queen Mary this Saturday, December 1. The event is sponsored by a number of groups including ‘Red Pepper’, ‘The New Left Project’ and ‘Globalise Resistance’ .
The focus is not specifically on health, but there's an interesting programme, exploring, for instance:
- Is there an alternative to capitalism? What might it look like?
- How do we win popular support for new radical projects?
- What can we learn from the social struggles and new movements in Europe?
