As you know, next Thursday we will hold our first guest lecture. Dr Emilio Bettoni, a partner at the boutique law firm ArbLit, will join us to discuss the Energy Charter Treaty: A Multilateral Treaty Promoting Trade, Transit and Investment in the Energy Sector.
I have just uploaded the following materials on QMPlus:
(1) the Handout for next Thursday's class (under Week 8), and
(2) An updated version of the syllabus, which outlines what we have covered so far and what we will cover in the coming weeks.
In preparation for the lecture, please ensure you read the materials included in the handout and uploaded on QMPlus (under Week 8).
