Dear students,
It was lovely to meet all of you yesterday.
It is our pleasure to officially announce we have organized a study visit to the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the only international organization headquartered in London.
The visit will take place on October 14th 2024 and will replace our scheduled class for that day. As such, the topic of 'General Principles' (Week 3) will be covered in class the following week, together with the Week 4 topic.
Our visit begins at 10:30am, thus, we ask that students meet us at Queen Mary at 09:30am, to leave together promptly. For this purpose, we have organized a bus for our transportation. Logistical information will follow closer to the date.
For registration and clearance purposes, we need to provide IMO a list of names for all our visitors. As such, I ask that all of you send an email to joana.ivanova99@gmail.com with your full name, phone number and student email address in order to register your attendance. Please do so by noon on Wednesday October 2nd at the latest!
