We have 2 rooms in a gorgeous, bright 3 bedroom furnished flat (duplex). There are 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with a separate spacious living room, balcony and kitchen. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The building has an elevator.
During the sublet, one bedroom will be occupied by our lovely flatmate who is a medical student from mid-June to mid-July but afterwards, the 3rd bedroom will be empty.
We are only looking for female roommates. The flat is alcohol-free (alcohol can only be stored, not consumed) and pork-free.

What is required from you:
- £750 and £850 per month, not including bills unfortunately
