A ground floor room in Stepney Green with a double bed, two wardrobes and a desk is available for a sublet anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks in the months of April, May and June. The room is in a two storey house with a big garden, with 5 occupants in total, all women, so ideally we would be looking for a female to sublet. The room is 790 plus bills but I am looking to do a half board (I will take my stuff like clothes and books but leave behind some furniture, larger electronics and kitchen equipment) and will reduce the price of the room to 770 and cover the bills.
