Hello!
I hope you have had a great start to the new academic year.

Below is a quick round up of some of the opportunities and events taking place in the next few weeks; take a look at Careers Hub (https://qmul.targetconnect.net) for full details. If you are a finalist and thinking about graduate schemes, make sure you take a look at our jobs board as there are lots being posted! For anybody interested in Professional Services, Law and Finance, check out the events taking place in the week commencing 9th October. And for everybody, please book in via Careers Hub, or contact me on f.bush@qmul.ac.uk if you would like to have a guidance appointment.

Best,

Fliss (Careers Consultant for the School of English and Drama)

Web Content Assistant - Queen Mary

The Digital Content team in Queen Mary is looking to recruit three students to complete their CMS (content management system) training. You will be paid to complete the online training (4 hours) and attend a workshop (1 hour) about how we build webpages at Queen Mary.

Once you have passed this training, you will be added to a pool of students to which website building jobs can be promoted throughout the year. The jobs will involve creating and editing content (rather than coding), so a good one for anybody looking for casual work and an interest in writing for websites.
