I am a second year GEP (25 yrs old), and along with my flatmate (a civil servant, also 25), am looking for someone to join our cosy Homerton home.
We need someone to take the room from the 7th of August, but can stretch to the 15th for the right person.
The room is really big - it comes with a bedframe, mattress and a desk - but our previous flatmate also fit a chest of drawers and 2 clothes rails with plenty of floor space left over. The room is really light as well.
Rent is £850 per month + bills, which usually come to £100.
The living room is also massive, and there is a big entry way, kitchen, bathroom, etc!
We are looking for someone clean, calm and collected, ideally aged between 24-35.
