Hey guys, 

I am looking for a female student who is willing to sublet (short - 4 months) a furnished twin room at a student accommodation in Gants hill starting from May (1st May - 1st September). The rent is 215 GBP per week with bills included. The accommodation is close to the tube station (0-5 mins). There are several amenities such as a communal area/lounge, study rooms and gym. It was comes with inclusive broadband.
