Dear 1st year students,
I hope you are all keeping well.
This week we are running another PASS session on general queries. This is a great opportunity for you to come and talk to other students from 2nd and 3rd year about any kind of problems you might be having with work ( or just to chat about life at the university).
This week the session will be held on Thursday 24th at Laws Building ( Room 119) at 12-1pm.
Hope to see many of you there!
Here is a reminder about what PASS is:
PASS- is a mentoring programme for 1st year students run by other students from 2nd and final years. It’s a relaxed, confidential and safe space to practise your content with your peers.
PASS holds weekly sessions to help you with study-related problems and get general advice on university life. Our goal is to help you settle into your new academic life.
WHAT CAN I GET HELP WITH?
- TIME MANAGEMENT
- EXAM PREP
- ESSAY LAYOTS AND NOTE TAKING
- MODULE RELATED QUESTIONS
- AND MUCH, MUCH MORE…
HOW WILL PASS BENEFIT ME?

If this sounds like something that will be beneficial for you, then please do come along on Tuesday and we can chat. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me: Aleksandra Ots-ml19229@qmul.ac.uk.
