I know these are quite generic and maybe you have them already but there are smaller charities which often initiate local social activities for health promotion. These are links to a charity set up after a friend lost her life to mental health, she was very talented and her family wanted more input into therapy, mainly art based. There are more organisations simllar to this in London that i could probably get details of if you like.
