Young Journalist Summer Academy
If you're a first year interested in Journalism there is a FREE summer school at the Young Journalist Academy running from Sat 6th Aug - 13th Aug.
This is a great gateway into journalism!
Throughout the week there'll be correspondents from major media corporations, including the BBC and Sky news coming in to lead rigorous training and masterclasses with students.
They're looking for first years who are passionate about writing and serious about building careers. As you know, placements and internships are incredibly competitive, this is a great stepping stone for those who want to kick-start their career or just want to know more about the industry.
