We are two medics going in to 4th year next year, and looking for a group of people to fill up our 5 bedroom terraced house who would be open to living with others - or individuals (or a pair and an individual! :) ) who need a place for the next academic year.
It’s a big house located on Bancroft road, so it’s right next to Mile End campus and less than 5 minutes from Stepney station and local shops. There is also a little shop right next to the house which is ideal.
Rent would be about £675 each per month and we currently pay £35 bills each on top of that. There is wiggle room between different sized rooms with rent price so that could be less. All rooms have a double bed and desk - and are all on the bigger side.
There’s 2 shared bathrooms, ground floor living room and a large kitchen. We also have a garden with a shed and shelter to store bikes etc.
The landlord is great, any issues that have come up he has been quick to sort things!
Tenancy would begin 11/08/22 and last 12 months.
It’s a great house, price (well, for London) and location which is why we are so keen to keep it and fill it!
