Hello everyone
As we near the end of the semester, more and more stressors put pressure on us. The PASS mentors have lots of experience with de-stressing, self-care, and handling feeling lonely. They aren't professionals, but they can certainly relate to what you may be going through. Feel free to come to the PASS sessions tomorrow (Wednesday 18th) to get advice regarding maintaining your mental health.
The 2 sessions tomorrow are from 12-1 Pm and 1-2 PM, you can attend by going to the SBCS PASS QMplus page and clicking on the webinar tab.
Feel free to also ask about any other issues you have regardless if they are about academics or social life.
