Jack Dryburgh-Jones and I are looking for a new flatmate. Ideally another finalist, as our tenancy will likely finish in April, just after finals. (However, there is some flexibility here and this can be discussed directly with us)

- Location: Shadwell/Whitechapel, 5 mins from the Perrin/Library.
- Transport links: 5 min walk from Shadwell DLR and Overground, 12 min walk to Aldgate East tube station, with access to Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan (Aldgate) and District lines.
- Spacious, modern flat with an open plan kitchen/living room. The flat is situated in a redeveloped old school building and there is a wooden terrace/court yard for resident access only.
- Kitchen is modern and well-maintained, 2 bathrooms in the flat.
- The room is on the top floor, just under the roof and provides heaps of natural light.
- Rent is £713 PCM, excluding bills.
- Move-in from 16th of September
