- I'm looking to find someone take my double-bedroom in Canada Water (Zone 2, SE London) anytime beginning March for either a short or long tenancy of 5 months to 16 months, whatever works for you.
- Rent is £685 pcm and bills add up to ~£50-80/month. There's no move-in security deposit if you'd like a short tenancy until August 2019. Anything longer will mean a security deposit of £900
- I've been living in this 3-bedroom, 3-storey townhouse for 4 years now with 2 other chilled, relaxed medical and psychology students. Sad to leave!
- Complete with a fully furnished living room (plus communal Nintendo Wii), toilets, bath, a backyard garden, a garage and parking space.
- 10 minute walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee and Overground line) and 5 minute walk to Surrey Quays station (Overground line) - so that's 20 minutes to Whitechapel
- 5 minute away from a MASSIVE Tesco Extra and shopping mall, ODEON cinema, Hollywood bowling alley and other cute eateries.
