I am here to inform you all there is a 2 year leadership development graduate programme organised by Unlocked Graduates. This unique graduate programme features a progression into a fully funded Master's in Leadership and Custodial Environments which enable graduates to become inspirational and supportive leaders. The aim of this organisation is to focus on rehabilitation in prisons and solve the issue of criminals re-offending in the society and hopefully to change their future.
