I am going away on my elective at the end of March and I am looking for someone to take my room while I am away, ideally until the end of May, but I can be flexible on dates.
The room is a large double in a two bed flat in Queens Road Peckham. I am 4 mins walk from the station and a Tesco. There is the overground and national rail from the station, so Whitechapel is a 25 mins direct journey.
I currently pay £720 pcm plus bills - price can be negotiated.
You would be sharing the flat with Fiona, 25 - a friendly young professional. Large living room and new kitchen.
