Just to show anyone who hasn't seen it already but there's a new version on the Lancet, just about global health. It seems they are planning on discussing issues that are too specialist for the Lancet... such as specific issues in Nigeria or Leishmaniasis updates written in Country... and it's an open-access issue so will be free. Worth a look when it arrives (June 2013). Oh, and they are interested if anyone wants to submit a journal they have written.
