Where should the public be in public health?A discussion of citizenship and lay involvement in UK public health

Prof Jane South and Prof Mark Gamsu from Leeds Metropolitan University will present their work on lay involvement in the design, delivery and evaluation of public health and health services interventions.

Phillip Woodward, chair of the NICE Local Government Reference Group, and Dr. Angela Donkin, from the UCL Institute of Health Equity, will provide their perspective from the local government and health inequalities agenda before an open discussion.
