I'm student at Barts and I'm looking for 2 flatmates to share a 3 bed flat in Shadwell (7 min walk to the Whitechapel Campus). 2 minute walk from Shadwell station. Ideal for medical or dental students. Easy access to Bank and Limehouse stations for those on outreach.
Situated in a luxurious exclusive appartment complex the property benefits from 24 hour CCTV and fob entry. There is a courtyard for secure bike parking and car parking can be rented with KFH who run/maintain the place.
There are 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms a kitchen- diner and a garden facing balcony. The rooms and kitchen are fully furnished and appropriate for students who want a study space. The price varies between rooms due to size and the contract will end 31st July (11 months).The two rooms available are a double and a single. The contract may be renewed afterwards if you wish at a later date. Bills are not included in the rent.
