We are 3 friendly medical students (going onto our 4th year at Barts) and also an architecture student. We are looking for someone to occupy a cozy single room in our house. This House is owned by my parents so you will be dealing directly with the landlords.
The house is 4 minutes walk from Plaistow station and 15 minutes walk to Stratford Station (5 minutes on bus).
The rent is 100 pound all inclusive! (Apart from the internet which is £2.5 a week for 200mb per second speed internet).
The contract is for the whole year starting from mid-September 2017 until September 2018. However, the moving date is all very flexible as long as it is organized in advance.
