Hello guys, I am a final year medical student from Barts and I would love to sublet my room during my summer vacation till the end of my contract as I won’t be needing the room anymore (EXCEPT for: 16-07-2017 to 18-07-2017 as I would need my room for only three days for my graduation ceremony):
- A very spacious room with a double bed for a very low price.
- Two-floored flat directly next to QMUL main campus and Mile End Hospital.
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, gas hob, toaster, kettles etc).
- Washing machine (with a balcony and airer for laundry drying).
- 5 mins walk to Stepney Green tube station (District Line, Hammersmith and City Line)
- 8 mins walk to Mile End tube station (Central Line, District Line, Hammersmith and City Line)
- Two Co-operative-s, two Sainsbury's Local, and a big ASDA just around the corner for groceries shopping.
- Two lovely housemates (another two medical student form Barts).
The dates are negotiable, as long as they are within the period shown above (also possibly for long term rent after I move out from the room later). The rent is 150 pounds per week.
