Hello mentees,
From now on we have regular PASS sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday from 1-2pm! The venues are:
Tuesday's: Bancroft 3.26
Wednesday's: Engineering 3.24
These are drop-in sessions; you are free to come to whichever one you want, whenever you want, with specific queries, or just for a chat/general advice. You can also of course leave whenever you want! Nothing in PASS is compulsory, it's quite informal, and we hope you find it useful. Actually, I'm sure you will find it useful! :D
For confusions more specific for your course, I thought it would be good for mentees to know if people from their course are available on a particular day.
So these are the general availability of mentors:
Tuesday's - most biomedical sciences, 1/5 biochemistry mentors, medical genetics, pharmaceutical chemistry
Wednesday's - 4/5 biochemistry mentors, 2 biomedical sciences mentors, psychology
(I shall update with chemistry mentors when I have that info, but generally you can come to whichever session is suitable for you; most tips like essay writing, note-taking, study tips don't change much even on different courses)
