Title: The heat equation in 3+1 dimensions
Supervisor:
Research Area: Geometry and Analysis
Description:

In this project you will explore the general properties of solutions to the heat equation in 3+1 dimensions. In particular you will explore the so-called the maximum principle and you will use the heat Kernel to construct the general solution to the equation.
