19.3. Formal result notification/degree certificate

Transcript

You can obtain your official digital transcript of marks through the HEAR system. You will receive an email at your QM email address from GradIntelligence with instructions to register.

HEARs are typically issued in April, August, and November and provide verified information about your academic results up to that point. More information about the timelines can be found here - HEAR publication dates - Registry Services

Degree Certificate

Degree Certificate

Once you are successfully awarded, your official degree certificate will be produced. This will be given to you either at your Graduation Ceremony or via your registered home address on Mysis – if you’re unable to attend the ceremony.

Your Degree Certificate will state the name of your degree programme, for example: “LLM in Banking and Finance Law”.

If you are registered on a general programme, your degree certificate will state for example: “Masters of Law”. Please note that the degree certificate will not show the individual subjects taken.
