Final Report Submission - Tuesday 28th April, 12pm
Your project report should be submitted as a single file in PDF format. Details of the assignment, the learning objectives and the outline marking scheme will be provided here shortly.
Your report is due on Tuesday 28th April, 12pm (MIDDAY).
Students will incur a penalty of 5 marks per 24-hour period, or part thereof, after the submission deadline. An assignment submitted more than 120 hours (or more than 5-days) late shall be awarded a mark of zero. This is College policy.
Students that have been provided a cover note by the Disability and Dyslexia Service should attach this to their work to ensure that the marker is aware of the considerations that need to be made when marking your work. Failure to attach your cover note to any work will mean that your work will be marked as normal and it will not be possible to appeal against your mark for a failure in process.
Please Note: To complete your submission you must click SAVE CHANGES, otherwise your submission will remain in draft status.
Your report will be processed using the Turnitin software. The first report is generated quickly by Turnitin. However, processing of resubmissions tends to be very slow and are usually not completed before the report deadline. Thus, in all likelihood you will only receive one Turnitin similarity report.
Plagiarism Information
Submitted work will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin. The plagiarism detection system will check your submission against a database which contains both previously submitted assignments and a wide range of internet sources. Trivial similarities between your essay and other material will be ignored however significant similarities will be investigated and students found to have plagiarised their submitted work will be referred to school and college authorities as per the College’s Assessment Offences Regulations.
