    • Our face-to-face service operates Monday to Friday between 10:00 - 16:00 (and between 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 – 17:00 for urgent queries). Our email service operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 17.00. Our inbox is not monitored outside of these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays. We aim to respond to all student queries within 1-3 working days, which may increase to 3-5 during busy periods.

      If you need urgent immediate care, or you are experiencing a Mental Health Crisis, you should seek help at your nearest Clinic, call 112 and/or go to your local A&E (GGH or Mater Dei).
