Learn how to add polls and use H5P to create engaging interactive activities.
Terminology note: In this guidance, Q-Review refers to lecture capture and scheduled teaching recordings, while EchoVideo refers to the wider video platform, including the media management functions that replaced QMplus Media (Kaltura).
EchoVideo Polls are interactive questions that can be embedded within videos and presentations to support formative assessment, check understanding, and encourage engagement during viewing. Responses do not contribute to the gradebook, and there are limited options for sharing and reusing polls across modules and courses.
You can embed an EchoVideo video within H5P to create an interactive learning experience. This allows you to add questions, prompts, and other engagement activities directly into the video.
