    • Various issues can occur that prevent Campus M from working. Below we have outlined a list of troubleshooting steps to try if it does not work for you. 

      • Log out and log back in
      • Try both the mobile app and the web link to see if Campus M works
      • Please double check that you are logging in using your Queen Mary staff username and email address
      • Click on the "calendar" tile and click on "calendars" at the bottom. Then untick any options that appear and log out of the app. Log back in and check if you can now see the "attendance monitoring" tile on the bottom right hand corner


      If these steps do not work, please email us at spir-qmplus@qmul.ac.uk and include your answers to the below questions:

      • Can you see the attendance monitoring tile on the Campus M app? Both mobile and web versions. 
      • If you can access the attendance monitoring tile, can you see your seminars and the codes? (please note that your seminars and codes are only made available on the day they are happening)
      • Can you confirm your Queen Mary staff username and email address?

      If you are a new teaching assistant (TA)

      Please note that you will likely not have access to Campus M for the first few weeks of the academic year. This is because HR does not immediately provide new TA payroll numbers until Mid October and these are required to correctly set up a staff profile to use Campus M.
