This is a staff development course, primarily intended for those working in professional service departments or in support roles in the schools. 

This course will provide a comprehensive review of systems, processes and good practice in performance management: covering both the positive  aspects of performance (getting the best out of people) and also dealing with under-performance dimensions.

Completing the coursework element can contribute to the achievement of a Level 3 Award or Certificate accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
