This course examines the European Union as a political, economic, and regulatory environment for business. Students will explore how European integration shapes markets, trade, labor, regulation, innovation, and infrastructure, and how firms navigate this landscape strategically. Particular attention is given to Europe's institutional complexity and internal diversity, and to what these factors mean in practice for companies operating across multiple member states.
