The Module Evaluation Surveys are confidential questionnaires about how things are going on the modules you have taken.  Your voice is crucial in helping us to improve your experience and the experience of future students. 


Please tell us what you have enjoyed as well as what you feel we can improve on to allow us to further build on your positive experience.

If you have an enquiry please visit askqm.qmul.ac.uk, login and 'Ask a Question', you can use the knowledge base to find answers to general enquiries, or submit a 'New Enquiry' for further support, which will then be assigned to the appropriate team.

  • Self-serve to find answers to all your queries 
  • Raise an enquiry within the portal and track its progress
  • Contact the AskQM Frontline Team via the portal, on the phone (0207 882 5005) or in person at any of our five hubs during these opening times

The AskQM Frontline Team can help with Registry processes such as:

  • Student documentation
  • Student ID cards
  • Enrolment and Tuition Fee support
  • Council Tax and Oyster Card processing
  • DBS checks
