BERLIN CULTURES
This course focuses on Berlin past and present, and will use a variety of artefacts, texts and films about this city as a springboard to an in-depth enquiry into influences on contemporary German Culture. Having developed a historical perspective on the city and its cultures, the course will in its second half place emphasis on more recent cultural developments in and around Berlin.
