Exploring the Tookit
What is it?
The Brickfield Toolkit is a set of tools designed to improve the accessibility and usability of online course content within QMplus. It provides educators with reports, wizards, and resources to identify, diagnose, and resolve accessibility issues in their courses.
How do I access it??
To access the report, follow these steps:
- Visit your selected QMplus site.
- Click on the "More" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Select Brickfield Accessibility Toolkit in drop down menu.
The Overview tab
The Overview tab in the toolkit provides a variety of resources for the module, including:
- A selection of reports aimed at helping educators identify accessibility issues and offering actionable insights to enhance the accessibility and usability of course content.
- A list of Wizards, which are tools designed to guide instructors and content creators through the process of identifying, diagnosing, and resolving accessibility issues within their course materials.
- A summary table that offers a concise analysis of the accessibility status of a Moodle course.
- An error table that presents a detailed breakdown of accessibility issues found within Moodle courses, helping educators identify, understand, and resolve specific errors and their impact.
