We are currently experiencing student authentication issues due to a power fluctuation at the Mile End campus. IT services are investigating and will provide a further update when they have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Q-Review - Archival and deletion of old recordings and system upgrade
Dear Q-Review User,
Here are the upcoming activities for Q Review, please make sure you read them as they are likely to affect you:
1. There will be a system upgrade - Tuesday 2nd July
Q-Review will be unavailable on Tuesday 2nd July from 08:00 - 11:00. We will also send announcements to students via QMplus and Blackboard. This upgrade will resolve some of the outstanding issues and also add some feature enhancements.
2. Q-Review usernames will be replaced by standard College usernames - end of first week of July
Currently you use your full QMUL email address as your username to log into Q-Review. After the upgrade this will change to your standard college username (rawxxx, mlwxxx, ydw123 etc.). However, please note that your Q-Review password will remain the same, i.e. you will use your College username but you will use your existing Q-Review password NOT the password associated with your standard College account.
3. Archival & deletion of old recordings - during mid August
As a part of our annual rollover process, we will
1) permanently delete all lecture recordings made before 1st August 2011
2) Archive all lecture captures made between 1st August 2011 and 31st July 2012
3) leave all other recordings untouched
