Downloading a Recording from EchoVideo (Q-Review)

EchoVideo (Q-Review) is designed to store and stream your recordings, so in most cases you can simply share a recording rather than download it. However, if you need a local copy of a recording, you can download the video or audio files directly from EchoVideo (Q-Review).

Download a Recording

  1. Sign in to EchoVideo (Q-Review).
  2. Select the Library tab from the top menu.
  3. Locate the recording you wish to download.
  4. Hover over the recording and click the ellipsis (⋯) menu.
  5. Select More Actions.
  6. Choose Downloads.

Choose a Download Format

In the Downloads window, you can choose from the following options:

  • Full (High Definition) – Downloads the highest-quality version of the recording.
  • Lower (Standard Definition) – Downloads a smaller file with reduced video quality.
  • Audio Only – Downloads only the audio track from the recording.

Select the option that best suits your needs and the download will begin automatically.

Notes
  • Downloading may not be available for all recordings, depending on institutional settings and permissions.
  • Large recordings may take several minutes to download.
  • For sharing recordings with students or colleagues, it is usually recommended to use EchoVideo (Q-Review)'s sharing and embedding options rather than downloading and distributing files manually.
