If your lectures take place in an EchoVideo (Q-Review) enabled room and a recording has been scheduled, the session will be recorded automatically by default.

If you do not wish your lectures to be recorded, please contact your School Learning Technologist and provide the following information:

• The module(s) you would like excluded from recording
• When the teaching takes place (Semester A, Semester B, or both)
• The reason for requesting an opt-out

Please submit your request as early as possible to allow sufficient time for recording schedules to be updated before teaching begins.
